Our Principal is a former Chairman of An Bord Pleanála and former County Engineer in Offaly and Roscommon County Councils.

Our specialist planning service has been developed from the expert knowledge of Sean Lucy who has a longterm planning experience, as well as 16 years in private practice Sean Lucy was Senior Planner in Westmeath, County Engineer in Offaly and Roscommon, and was Chairman of An Bord Pleanála for 7 years.

Sean Lucy & Associates Ltd. are based in Co. Westmeath but work all over Ireland with vast experience in many counties and good working relationships with architects and engineers across the country.
